  • We've been in there a few times and recently the young lady working there traumatized my two-year-old for taking down a toy and looking at it. I was standing at the register, ready to pay for a few things with my back turned and heard my little girl crying, the young woman was yelling at her for taking a toy down. My husband recently went in there with my four-year-old son and had the same experience, he took a toy down to look at it and The same thing happened, maybe the same person? I don't know but she scolded him for taking a toy down and came up behind him and said "no little boy, don't touch!" Um excuse me? "Little boy?" He has a name and is a polite young man, A kid looking at a toy, excited about being in a toy store. She grabbed the toy out of his hand. I just don't understand, it's a toy store so kids are probably going to want to look at the toys and touch them before their parents spend money. Next time we will go to toys r us, the toy box was not unique anyway.
