  • We've been clients of Liz & Tony's for 12 whole years. I use the term client as that's truly how they treat you; it's old school here, they know your name, your needs and give 100% excellent customer service always. The facility is safe (behind locked gates), the parking easy (we're usually the only ones who are accessing the facility), friendly (Liz greets you from the desk and Tony's always around tinkering keeping the place top-notch), cool (even in the Las Vegas heat), easy to access their provided moving trolly (not like other facilities where you wait-your-turn for trollies), clean & well-lit (make sure to turn on the lights-on-a-timer in your hallway for additional lighting) and an absolute pleasure to visit. I'm not kidding. Who would have thought a storage unit facility would be a "pleasure to visit"? Liz & Tony make it feel like family. 5 stars for this fine couple & their facility, truly wonderful customer service on all the levels.
