  • Located inside the Caesar's Palace Forum Shops mall. It's a little hard to find, located somewhat deep in the mall. This restaraunt is NOT related to the PH Hotel. Very overpriced mediocre food. We only ate here because we had gift certificates / vouchers. The ribs are very mediocre.. stay away. Blech! The burgers were safe, but on par with the $1.95 Happy Hour special you'd find somewhere else. The best part I remember was dessert. The brownie dessert was decent. 3 stars.. The rest is 1-2 stars. I would be outraged if I had to pay full pop. The place is rockin with tourists. It is loud inside. Reminds me of an upscale Red Robin for Adults. This place does have a happy hour.. although the bar is pretty small. This place is closer to 1.5 stars.. and I would never eat here again unless it was free.. but I've been to worse, and the service was OK.
