  • Jason and Amy (owners) are great, unfortunately everyone else is subpar. I've had several pedicures with different techs, none of which I would recommend. Today I was nicked and my polish was a hot mess, so much so I had to redo them when I got home. The top coat was hastily put on and cause the polish to look like i had fabric imprints on them...unacceptable for a $35 pedi. Fees are inconsistent also. I was charged an extra $7 to remove gel polish today, not sure when they started that. The tech used a drill on my nail beds to get the polish off rather than letting them soak and peal which caused indentations as well. Bummed, I really like Amy and Jason but they've got to get better techs to keep customers coming back. Time to try a new shop.
