  • I placed an order for holiday cookies using their link on Etsy, the order was placed on 4 December and on Christmas Day no cookies! I communicated with Teresa the owner many times and she told me on 18 December that my order was shipped that day. On the 23rd I emailed her to see if she had a tracking number because no package had been delivered... No response. The 24th of December I ask again and when I didn't get a response I asked for a refund of my $59, no response. 25 December I get an email from her stating that they have had problems with the USPS and that they are looking into new delivery methods for next year. Fast forward to Monday the 28th and the package arrives and the postage date on the box was 24 DECEMBER! The owner lied about my package being mailed out on the 18th and then tried to say it was because the USPS wasn't doing their job. NOT COOL... that is no way to run a business and lying to your customers is completely unacceptable! I noticed that others have recently left the same kind of review as me. I pressed her for a refund and after some trying she finally gave me my refund. So, I tried he cookies and they were just ok, nothing great. The wedding cookies were tough either they were stale or they were over mixed. The iced sugar cookies were too thin and small for the price. I won't ever shop with them again.
