  • This place is a disaster. The customer service is horrible in all three location on rainbow, especially in store 2; located in the same shopping center with hobby lobby. The girl who claims to be the store manager is a total scam artist. I came in for a small dinnette table set , the one i was interested in she didnt want to negotiate the price. Keep in mind that this particular set was above my price point but i also knew that it was the perfect size for the space i had. With that being said, she showed me another table that wasnt in my price point but was willing to give a discount. The only issue the table she was suggesting wasnt on the sales floor, it was in their catalog. Due to the fact that i couldnt see the table in person i was hesitant to buy it, but the girl insisted that it was going to fit the space i have. So i trusted her judgement, when the table finally arrived it was too big for the space , less than 24 hours i immediately went to the store and explained the situation and of there was away to do an even exchange or get my money back. To my surprise i couldnt do neither one, they fed me this bullshit about once i sign off saying the table was in good condition and if they gave me a discount on a table i couldnt exchange it or get a refund. I was very upset that this policy was not made aware to me prior to purchasing this table set which was made out of cheap/fake granite. I then asked why not give me a discount on the table i really wanted and saw in person which was made out of real wood. Of course not, they rather sell you cheap items that isnt worth 50 dollars and then act like they are doing a service by giving you a discount. Long story short, i am stuck with this table. To top it all off this girl had the audacity to walk around with oral herpes. How the hell are you at work trying to sale with this nasty ass viral infection on your upper lip. This was sooooo gross and sickening. I will never come here again or recommend this place to anyone. Go to Walkers Funiture, i got my couches from them they have great customer service. I should of got my table from them but i thought trying this store out was a good idea..but boy was i sadly mistaken.
