  • I had such a great experience at this location with the help of Rosie Ivanov! My boyfriend's birthday was coming up and I had my eye on the Taiga multiple wallet in the color Ocean. I decided to give this location a try since I didn't have a great experience at the Crystals & Fashion show location. When I walked in, I was quickly acknowledged by Rosie who had her hands full of handbags to be put away. I walked around to locate the men's area and made eye contact with rosie (she was putting handbags away and quickly came over to assist me-- I noticed a few sales associates who were available but seemed distracted or uninterested). I told rosie what wallet I was looking for and she pulled out the wallet along with a few other styles I may be interested in. She was so knowledgeable and provided me with information on the wallets that appealed to me. Being that the wallets were handmade, I noticed a few imperfections on the Taiga wallet I wanted. For $600, the small flaws bothered me and Rosie expressed to me that she wasn't comfortable with me buying it. It was their last one and I began to worry! Rosie reassured me that she will locate another one for me in mint condition from another store. I left her with my number and hoped for the best! The next day, Rosie texted me with great news and even photos of the wallet! She had inspected the wallet for me to make sure it was perfect before she had it transferred over. I picked it up the following day (rosie was off but had her manager Ryo help me out). She took time out of her day on her day off to make sure everything was perfect. I can't thank her enough for going above and beyond for me. Ryo, the manager was also amazing and so incredibly genuine. He wrapped my wallet up beautifully and made sure I had a cute card to go with the gift. As dreadful it can be to get to the strip for a local, I will definitely come back and send Rosie clients because of the top notch service I've received. Thanks Rosie & Ryo!
