  • Pho is excellent and comes with different serving sizes. I like the flank steak as the meat choice in my pho. The pho soup after putting in basil and lime is delicious and refreshing (les greasy than pho soup in many other places) at the same time. Bun Bo Hue is super delicious. Ask them to give you chili oil (it's not on the table you have to ask them for it). Fried quails is actually great, which is surprising (out of all the Vietnamese restaurants I've been in charlotte area, only Pho Hoa besides Pho Real has matching quality of fried quails!) Very impressed! I gave 4 stars because the service here was soooo slow. We came in at 6:30 and didn't get to leave until 8:30. And the restaurant wasn't that full the whole time! It's a shame though, because the food is very good here. Just need to bring your patience and maybe a book when you eat here :-).
