  • I have to say that all of the bad reviews do not describe my experience. Everyone was very friendly, passionate about their product and efficient. We waited maybe 7 weeks but got custom shutters throughout the entire home. We were told up front that it would be 2 months, they finished and installed 1 week shy of. There was an incident with a personal item during install, complete accident, but the owner came out promptly and the item was repaired professionally within a week of his visit. I recommended this place to my dad and he didn't have any issues, his job was 6 weeks. This review is coming after having the shutters for 2 months now. I would say that a lot of the complaints seem to be about install, length of time on product etc but when your paying for custom items built to your specs you should expect a wait time in my opinion. I don't rush people with work like this because I want it done right, not half assed and rushed. Anyways big thanks to the team at BBS.
