  • My wife took her van in for a recall. A job they said would be finished in about 2 hours. After 4 hours of having the van back there in the service area, they came out and said her vehicle did not qualify for the recall. They did say ,however that it needed $2000 worth of other work. She declined and said to return the van to her. When the lot attendant brought out the vehicle he stated that "It would not go into park". She got in and the shifter was broken and would not go into park or reverse. She went to the service adviser and after inspecting the vehicle they said they would fix it $450! They broke it and then wanted her to pay for the repair! She argued that the van was in working order when they took it back and they stated that due to the age of the vehicle that it was going to break very soon. We have had that van over 3 years and have had absolutely NO issues what so ever. They are still refusing to fix it and are refusing to allow me speak to the actual owner of the dealership stating that they would just side with service manager anyway. STAY FAR FAR AWAY!
