| - After moving to Phoenix a little over a year ago, I was excited to find a one-stop-shop for my car so close to where I live. When they were Danny's, their car washes were amazing.... Even the quick, inexpensive washes I was amazed with. Since the re-branding, everything has gone downhill. The quality of their washes is terrible. I don't like spending the time to walk around my entire car and point out things that need to be fixed, so I often get home and find myself buffing things out (water spots, armor all inside, windows, etc). I understand that it's a relatively inexpensive wash, but I shouldn't have to fix something I've paid to have done.
Now, the service center.... I have been taking my car there for oil changes since I moved here, as well. I came from a small-ish town where I had an oil shop who knew me by name, always asked about my family, and were incredibly honest. At this place, I have had to take my car back to them several times after services, because plugs weren't tightened on. Luckily, I caught the leaks before they became an issue, but again, you shouldn't have to be cleaning up after someone you paid to do something the right way. I also ended up with a transmission leak very shortly after visiting them, which could be a coincidence, but considering my car is a 2012, and it has a sealed transmission, that shouldn't have been an issue. I think they messed with it to try to check fluids on it, and I ended up having to spend $400 to get my transmission serviced.
I will never bring my car back here for service, and will only bring it back for a car wash in times of complete desperation. (Which will be rare, since there is so much competition in the area).
