  • This is the worst furniture store ever. Loretta helped me in purchasing a sectional sofa that was just delivered in 11/17/17. The experience was pleasant. However; she failed to informed me that all purchased are final and they do not have a return policy in place. I reached out to the store to informed about not being completely satisfied about the sectional sofa since its very uncomfortable and is not what I expected for the price I paid $3,600.00. The supposedly manager Brent was very rude and told me that there was nothing he can do about it and that was my sofa. There is nothing he can do for me but just to keep it and he read a statement to me about the all purchases are final. I am very disappointed with their level of customer service and would not recommend anybody to do business with them. I am going to submit a complaint with BBB to make sure the rating reflects their horrible business etiquette, withholding valuable information about all sales are final and non-returnable or refundable.
