  • This place has been really good to do business with. I buy and sell a lot of musical instruments so am there 1-2 times a week to pick up or ship items. All the folks there are extremely helpful including the manager Rick, Elaine, Justin, Sasha, and Natalie. They go out of their way to make sure I am taken care of as a regular customer and I really feel appreciated. I know sometimes they are super busy but it is always worth the wait. I would recommend anyone needing to ship packages to go here. While I don't much care for FedEx as a company, I have to say in general they do a better job with my shipments than UPS and their rates are a little better usually. They seem to not have the markup that the UPS Store has (though the people at the UPS Store behind Metro Pizza are super nice as well and I use them for my mailing needs!). I don't mind paying a bit more to not have to wait in line at the Post Office to ship a package or down to Arby Lane by the airport to ship UPS from the service counter. Seems like FedEx Office must be corporate owned and has pass through rates. I also like the fact I can log onto their site and have my packages held here for pickup with no additional charge like MyUPS or have to call an 800 and wait on hold. It is super convenient.
