When your industry is as level as an empty highway in Kansas, you've got to rely on excellent customer service to set yourself apart from your competitors. These guys just don't know how to do that. Working at a guitar store in downtown Phoenix, I can imagine some interesting characters come in from time to time, but the employees should be able to discern between trustworthy customers and crack heads. They follow you around like your gonna grab something and run at any moment which sucks because they do have a good selection of guitars. I'd say take your money/time elsewhere but it seems like all these small stores are run this same way. Oh well!
