| - I just got a message from her a week ago "Robert or whatever your true name is. Please move on. It was your choice to be asked to leave. I would have thought you would be happy since you said everything was so awful. Also I find it crazy that I don't think I ever met you or spoke to you. Only corresponded through email. The law is the law. I only enforce it. I don't make it up. Have a great week."
I tried to reply, but she blocked me.. my last message to her was 2 months ago and it stated.. "I like how you continue to be unprofessional. It matches your yelp rating"
The purpose of YELP is for people to share their experiences, good or bad, with local businesses.. so people can get a better idea of what their experience may be like.
Clearly, our Yelp reviews are not good for business because YOUR tenants have nothing nice to say. Clearly she does not remember yelling and screaming at me on the phone. She must have not realized, as it's on my Drivers License, my middle name is Chris.. and she also doesn't remember meeting me TWICE and being extremely pleasant as I was handing over the checks for the house, then after that, being the worst person I've ever done business with with no regard for the law, or understanding of how to communicate and be amicable.
The way Michele Brown treats her tenants is absolutely atrocious. The last thing any of us Yelpers wanted was to have to deal with strife, anxiety, stress and torment, in our own homes no less. Yet, because we made the choice to rent from her management company, we had no choice. That's the way she treats her tenants, and clearly she thinks it's A OK and that her tenants are the problem.. just look at all of her replies. Well, now we have found YELP and we are spreading the word so we can spare as many people as possible.
My website detailing my experiences and others with this company is going live the 3rd week of oct.
