  • I went there recently to shop for a new bike, after my friend adviced me to try them. What an unfriendly sales guy. There is no "smile" at all. he showed me one bike. so I asked if they have other bikes/brands that are some equivalent so we can compare. he said "NO" and went away ! I had to call him again to try the size for me, he goes like "are you buying or just wanna see, because I am not bring it here for you just to look" . and when I asked about prices and payment options and if he can put me on a paper the names and prices of the different bikes, he did not want to. and said " you go check it all online, we don't have payment options" and he went away again giving me his back! even though I like the bike alot, and going to buy it, but I went out and decided not to buy from there. some people are in the wrong job! he might be very good in his knowledge, the store has really alot of various great bikes. but they pricey and not customer friendly oriented. I went to Trek, Bike Depot, Cyclopath and Cyclomotion and they have way better welcoming staff.
