Made an appointment with Heather to view a Honda Civic. We personally talked on the phone and set it for 6:30. I arrived to the dealership and was told Heather was occupied with other things and would be speaking with someone else. Who the hell sets an appointment just to be "occupied" . She definitely has other priorities then. Two other people came out and pulled up a 2017 pilot. No where near the car I was interested in. They had no clue what was going on. First time here and literally wasn't here for 5mins. If they already messed up in the beginning, I can't even imagine what they would've done if I went through with it.
Update: Heather keeps calling me while I'm at work. Literally 3 calls in a row. No voicemail as to why but just calls. I finally had the chance to call her back. She started talking about the car...a 2017 pilot. Again. I was looking for a civic. So unprofessional and unorganized. She kept going on and on and I stopped her to tell her I was only giving a call back to ask her to stop calling me. She said "you really only called me to tell me that?" Well yes! You've been calling me almost everyday! It's ridiculous! I then told her I will not be doing business with her but with another Honda dealership. She proceeded to say and I'm quoting this word for word. "Well go ahead and spend more at another dealership!" Beep. She hung up.
I have filed a complaint through the BBB and the Costco program she is of. I wish you luck Heather D.
