  • If you are looking for a place to stay in West Island choose this place. 2 mins drive to Highway40, 5 mins drive to fairview mall, restaurants, bus terminal . I would say everything is at walking distance. I would compare its room to any 5 star hotel like sheraton. Big spacious, a lot of storage in rooms, nice interior. Only thing you need to deal is with room cleaning, they do not change or clean sheets until you ask them , and that too their sheets are pretty old and all bobbled. I stayed there for a week, the shower of my room was leaking, I called and within 5 mins it was replaced with a new one, so they respond pretty quick to your issues. Their breakfast is good, but not for vegetarian like me, although they try to accommodate your need. There servers at bar or restaurant are friendly, but staff at reception could wear smile. In our room we had mini fridge and microwave. I bought food from Walmart just across the street and utilized the both appliances. They have pool and gym, clean, I think if they can add a sauna/ steam to their facility it would be good. Cons: Please tally your bill and rates while checking in, booking & checking out, our was a miss-match while checking in v/s online booking, we got it fixed, but it should not have been. Room Tip: do not choose Highway facing rooms. Rooms with Jacuzzi and kitchenette are also available
