One of those situations where you wish there were negative stars to display your dissatisfaction. Multiple individuals at the dealership knew that we would be making a six hour drive to PURCHASE a vehicle to replace a work truck that had recently been totaled in an accident. Financing was already secured and we had check in hand, so we were floored when we got there and it was filthy inside and out, it didn't have some of the options provided in the description, and one of the mirrors was broken - a $1650 minimum cost to repair, plus the telescoping function did not work (which Dale tried to convince us they weren't supposed to, despite that handy little toggle switch on the drivers side door which controls that specific function). Depending on whether it was a wiring or mechanical issue, possibly another couple of thousands to fix. I was upset about the lies and when I asked Dale for his name, he told me it was "Roy". Apparently he's not familiar with their website that has their pictures with names listed. Manager John Dotson "apologized" for the drop of the ball, said he was just as upset about it as we were... genuine remorse changes one's tone and gestures, so he'll want to take some acting lessons before trying to attempt another straight faced apology. Just another city dealership trying to take advantage of a buyer caught between a rock and a hard place. They should be absolutely ashamed, it was an appalling experience.
