  • I am obsessed with this hotel. They are like disguised as 3.5 stars, but it's really 5 stars. Such good service and it's always unexpected and lovely. Free warm cookies at checkin, loyalty reception on point, fantastic shuttle service. On time the concierge saved me apple nutrigrain bars because she knew they were my fave. today I was complaining I had a cold in the lobby and they just brought a tea with lemon and honey to my room. Sometimes it's really hard to travel all the time, but this place makes it so easy.
