  • As a fellow business owner I know the value of customer feedback. As such I make it a point to COMPLAIN when I must and COMPLIMENT whenever something warrants it. I made my first visit to your business on 12/17 around noon. I'd like to compliment you on what you've put together - Joe's Crab Shack never looked better! Hostess was prompt. Server (Ashley) was an A+ - I'm a bit hard of hearing and she was very patient and helpful with me. I never felt unattended or rushed to get "the table turned". She's a keeper!! Rib-eye, eggs, hash-browns - also an A+ - I really don't know how I could suggest any improvements to them. Water - I choose to drink water with my meals and yours was a real disappointment compared to other restaurants in the area (Fuddruckers, Roadhouse, Famous Daves, etc). It just tasted "off with a metal flavor" Let's go with a D on this one. Sourdough Toast - I guess I'd give it a C... but compared to rest of the meal it was a distraction. Price / Value - Let's go with a B on this one.... as a consumer I'd have been blown away had it only been $10.95 (not that I suggest this is reasonable!) and I would have been disappointed had it been $18.95. Your current pricing will encourage me to return and bring others with me. I know this is extreme feedback. I hope you find it helpful. I know how hard staying profitable, retaining great staff, and attracting a loyal customer base can be.
