| - I do not recommend this store, and I'm sorry I didn't investigate yelp first. We purchased $7k worth of furniture. We received damaged furniture, furniture with bugs, and used furniture. We were able to return everything because we abided by their service agreement which is to return items within 5 days. I would like to point that out because in some of the reviews here, people didn't know that. We received 6 deliveries from the Roomstore to try and get this situation resolved. There was never a question that our furniture needed to be returned, so at least they have a great return policy. The sales manager and salesman were kept in the loop and we sent them pictures of all the problems. People, please click on the line at the bottom of this page which reads, "other reviews that are not currently recommended." Why are there only 6 reviews posted for this store, but 11 reviews aren't recommended? We all have similar stories, all around the same timeframe. Also, to those people whose reviews were flagged, contact yelp and/or review the terms and conditions for leaving reviews and abide by them, and resubmit them so people don't go through the hassle like all of us did.
