  • The overall facility is great. The women's only section is filled with a lot of equipment and the gym is overall super clean and maintained very well. So you might be thinking that the two stars doesn't make sense. But look, some of the employees are just great. If you ever forget your card get ready to be greeted with eye rolls and attitude. And if you change your debit card, or whatever mode of payment it use make sure to tell the billing department, which can only be reached by telephone, there isn't anyone in the actual gym that can help you... because if you don't then you'll be left paying a hefty fee. I learned this the hard way, and no one told me until the fees already racked up. Also, if you ever try and leave the gym, even if you're moving thousands of miles away get ready to deal with headaches and incompetent people. Overall, I really did like this gym but it just isn't worth it if I have to deal with these type of employees. There's plenty of other gyms in the area that are cheaper and have nicer staff.
