  • Found the shop on Yelp and Google and was amazed by all of the reviews. Came in on a Saturday and there was only 2 cars ahead and I asked if I could get my car done today and the response was yes. I asked hour long would it take and the cashier went to the back and came back to the front and said 2 hours and 6 hours later my car was done. Waited in the lobby for 6 hours after being told only a 2 hour job. My customer service experience was poorly managed after three hours all that was said was it's almost done and that continued throughout my wait. I was there so long that both cashiers had clocked out and only the tint tech was there. No management staff nor supervisor came out to say anything at anytime. Still have to go back as there are bubbles forming up in on of the tinted windows. Pros: Variety of tinting options, discounts available, good service when not the weekend I assume based on all other reviews. Cons: No distinct price just ranges so depending on who you speak with you will get a different price. I was charged the highest price for everything just for having a four door car. An suv came in after me and came in at $125 less than my car for the exact same tint combination. Time to go: Weekday mornings I assume
