I've had one customer dinner per year at this restaurant for the past 5 years and have always been pleased. This year was the best. Many of us chose a 6-course tasting menu featuring many of the items on the a la carte menu. Each course was memorable. There were combinations of items and seasonings that created wonderful tastes I've never experienced before! The lower mark for service is directed at the kitchen, which left a 30 minute gap between course 3 and 4. It affected the mood of the table and took us out of our conversation. Otherwise the waitstaff was very attentive and helpful. This is the most expensive restaurant I go to in Vegas, but it is also the best!
