  • Dumbasses are rude moved me into a house with faulty wiring and every appliance broken. Not cleaned for my 200$ cleaning fee. Rent is late @ 9 pm on 1st. Not til 3rd like the law states. Want to make up their own rules which are not the way the law works. I will not be signing again with them. They make me pay 120$ a year for a/c filters and I have to be inconvenienced 4x a year for some yahoo to put it in. And a 2x a year inspection. So they will be here 6x in a year. That's a invasion of privacy. All of which they WONT tell you until you paid the deposit. (Which is non refundable). Its a CATCH 22 everytime with these loosers. DONT GET CAUGHT UP WITH THEM!!!
