  • Read the reviews for this location, and thought I'd try them out anyway. Being as the general public can be fickle especially when dealing with the personalities of automotive technicians and chefs. However, the negative reviews held true. I pulled up to an open bay, and headed into the office/waiting area. The technicians outside as well as the manager said nothing to me, nor looked my direction. I thought nothing of it on the way in, a customer was being serviced, and the manager was addressing her. I stood at the front counter for 15 minutes before heading back to my truck. I locked eyes with a technician and said, "hello". He just looked away and walked off. Thought to myself, ok, I'm out of here then. They didn't look my direction nor address me when I got back into my truck and turned around to leave. I went up the road to Valvoline Express and got a pleasant night and day difference from this place. I reviewed them as well.
