  • I have to say that Heather Harris is the best Nurse Practitioner HANDS DOWN however, the support staff at this office is sub-par at best. Disappointing considering she is an incredible talent who cares about her patient's - it's shameful that the staff doesn't buy into the same philosophy of patient care. Staff does not return phone calls and you will wait weeks for them to even begin the process of submitting paperwork to your insurance for a pre-authorization. This is the worst staff experience I have ever had in my life.
