  • Just noticed I never reviewed the actual service. Well, despite never hearing from this company after multiple voicemails and emails, I showed up to the appointment I had scheduled using the company's website. I was shocked the company actually existed, although they claimed my appointment didn't exist and had to "fit me in." I waited half an hour a chair to open up. Just as others described, it was an extremely cramped room and the service was unprofessional - no explanation of the process, I was told to coat my own teeth with the gel using a q-tip and throughout the 50 minutes I spent there, the female employee & Skyler took personal calls & chatted away while sitting literally a foot away from my chair. Awkward! Afterward I felt pretty happy with my results, my teeth were noticeably whiter. Unfortunately, my teeth returned to their pre-whitened condition the very next day. I have had my teeth whitened multiple times (Zoom has been my favorite) & followed all the rules - no colored food/drink & whatnot - but the results just didn't last at all. Not worth the money and DEFINITELY not worth the hassle!
