  • I am new to the whole parenting thing as well as the second hand experience. However I still think this store deserves 5 stars. Their customer service is fantastic! On three occasions I have called ahead to ask if they certain items and the sales associates have placed it on hold for me with ease. So, when I arrive I can go straight to the register and pay. Which is mighty convenient with a newborn in tow. I have purchased two very expensive baby carriers at 40% less than I would have paid at BuyBuy Baby down the street. Give this place a try if you're weary of the second hand experience.
