  • We've been going to Rice Paper on 7th St for years and have enjoyed it, however, the food, service, and cleanliness has declined rapidly. We loved their fresh spring rolls, not anymore. They tasted like they had been prepared the day before and were dry. Our cocktail order was wrong although the server asked us twice what we wanted. We sat at a table that was not clean and flies were ever present on the windows. Rice Paper on 7th St is now off our list of restaurants.
