  • Every review always starts with 5 and then lose stars as they screw up or something is not correct. So my review is better than others but still not perfect. First issue is the two bus transfer and the fox bus is hot as f***. The AC does not work and there are heat warnings. I guess you need to save money somewhere. The checkin was smooth but that is where they lost there second star. While attentive and quick they did not know if I could change my reservation, forgot to give me back my dl and then had to wait on hold 34 min to be told the only way to make sure that had it was to drive over. The last and final star is for the car. Do you remember rent a wreck well this is close. The car works but the exterior looks like bumper cars.
