  • I stopped by the PHX Boutique this morning and met the Owner, Matt Rose. He owns the Consignment Store as well as the Phoenix Salon, 2 doors down. Mr. Rose being a young man has established 2 successful businesses and with his down to Earth personality, they both will continue to grow. If you are visiting or living in Las Vegas, please stop by for some good deals, If you are on the Strip and won some money, drive down to PHX Boutique and get yourself some good deals. We need more young people opening a business and keeping this economy growing.
