  • If I could give zero, I would. Waited all day for a Century Link installer to arrive. The window I was given was 8am - 5pm--no I am not kidding. But CL never showed anyway. This is a new home and was ready to give CL a chance. Now back to reliable Cox. CL needs to work on it customer service. They are novices compared to Cox.
