  • Spent over 2 hours on a Saturday getting information on purchasing a new desktop computer. Went back 3 days later to purchase the computer along with a router. The salesperson spent 90 minutes looking for the 2 computers showed in their inventory. After 2 hours I was told they can't find the computer but had another one much more expensive however I was willing to go for it after being told it was on special and no tax on this particular model. Then I noticed for $30 more I could get a new printer too. The printer did not have a fax and besides they could not find the offered printer anyway. After pleading with them to negotiate the all in one printer they would not do it. Spoke with 2 managers and that was a more waste of time too. After 4 hours, I felt my time and money was not valuable enough to give me consideration that they could not find what I wanted to buy. After all they were the ones who could not locate the computers and leaving me with no choice to purchase a more expensive one. I finally walked out and went elsewhere and was able to buy a computer without all the hassle. Fry's is unorganized and lack good customer service. I will never ever come back.
