rev:text	The Buffet at Bellagio Wow way to go, this place never ceases to amaze me, with the killer attractions in and around the hotel I have seen many times but this was the first time I have eaten at the buffet. Supper selection of items to chose from, yes, yes you will find all of the typical on the strip casino buffet fair here even the décor is a bit like a café (like so many others) but they really do a bang up job on quality and service, our waiter didn't flinch when I gave no tip when paying at the door, if anything it probably inspired him to earn his keep which he did I very well might add. On to the food, OMG the Alaska crab legs were really fresh and not salty like so many other buffets I have faired in the past, soup, pasta, salads, veges, even Asian foods all were very good, but what I could not believe was the Sea Bass & Prime Rib both were the best I have ever had bar none and I have had more prime rib & sea bass than I care to talk about, in fact we had two 9 year olds with us that B-lined for the prime rib and never stopped till they were full of Prime, I was laughing with everyone while I was eating my salad saying "Like what's up with the kids don't you feed them beef at home?" then I made it to the prime rib station got a small slice topped it with some gravy went to the table took a byte and had the best I have ever tasted, I mean this stuff was prime or better it practically melted in my mouth and the flavor was awesome, sea bass was basically the same, I really didn't want to eat that much but ended up being a pig and enjoyed every bite... Been to Paris Buffet, Winn Buffet, & MGM none were as good...
