  • The return policy sucks. If you buy it online you get a refund. If you buy it in store, no one tells you store credit only and the sign they have has small font and is off to the left. My boyfriend bought me a gift and it didn't fit and I returned it with 24 hours of purchase only to discover I'm stuck with store credit. Buy online, if you don't like it, return it. Don't buy in store because you can't return it. Ridiculous policy. It's common to be able to return, if the policy is outside the norm, the sign shouldn't be tiny off to the left. Obviously it's small and to the left so it easy to miss. It's not customer friendly policy. They're trying to force you to spend your money at their store if you don't like the product, it's a "got you" retail. Terrible.
