  • Kirnsten I think is her name. She's unprofessional, rude, and looks like she hates her job. She's very unfriendly and not accommodating at all. She answers questions like you should know the answer, rolls her eyes on you, and is just a good reason to not go here. Because they're short staffed the wait is long anyways so just go to another quest location.
