rev:text	I had a horrible experienced while stayed here. We thought staying near old town would be perfect for family. We booked 1 room with 2 bed and 2 bath, room no 2111. The first night everything ran smoothly but once a group of male guests ( the room above our room) checked in that when a night mare started! My husband left town for his tournament so I and my little one year old were staying by ourself for 5 days till my husband came back. The room above us party since they checked in til 4 in the morning every day not just them I don't know if they brought more people over to the party because I could hear they were running around and their step on the floor were like they are 500 lbs and seemed like they never sat down they sometimes left outside to the bar then back right around 10 pm then party and the running around sounds started til 4 am. I called the front desk so many times and all they could do was sending security guard to their room and after that nothing changed. The party still on and on and the most thing that really interrupt me was that the guys were stomping on the floor. For being below them was something that made me crazy especially when I could not sleep 4 nights in a row and during the day I had to take care of our little 1 year old. My daugther usually is a good sleeper and she kept turning back and forth all night. Since calling the front desk did not really help I often use some metal stick hitting on the ceiling to let them know and that help them stop for 20 minutes. I thought about moving to another room but being with a little 1 year old alone and we just permanently moved from the Bay Area so you could imagine how much stuffs we have and it's almost impossible for me to re pack everything with my 1 year old running around so I finally told them we do not create a problem so I'm not moving. They need to move not us. The hotel staffs said if they make more noise they will move them but they never did even though they still make noise! But a good thing is the night before they checked out they went out party til morning and it was the night my husband came back so my husband had no idea how bad it was. The first time I thought the room might get old and the wall might be too thin that's why the stomping feet noise was so bad but wait the next day after those guys checked out there were some new guests checked in and I barely heard anything. I heard their steps but much much much better than those guys so. It was so bad that I could not sleep even though I took melatonin that suppose to help me with sleeping. I took these pills since the 2 nd night the night mare started. My husband used to be a diamond member with Hyatt and we do really like Hyatt property and we are still choose Hyatt property as our 2 nd choice when we travel. we wish they should have a better solutions to solve this problem instead of letting a mother who has a little toddler facing this alone. I called my husband and cry every night and even mad at him that he wasn't there for me but nothing he could do except calling the hotel staffs and again all they could do is sending a noise complaint note to their room and sometime security guard and my husband said they offer a 3 free nights for the next stayed but I said no. If you are looking to come to party that might be a good choice but this hotel is not family friendly.
