  • This review would have been at least three stars because for the most part I've had generally positive experiences with this leisure center. Until today... My daughter was in the girls' changeroom with her aunt when they were getting ready to go around closing time and there were staff power washing and mopping in the changeroom. While my daughter was tying her shoes the employee power washed her foot, which left my daughter with a red mark on her foot. While my daughter and her aunt were drying their hair the same employee asked in a very snobby way "I need you girls move out of the way". Rude employees. Unacceptable behavior. In fairness, I'm adding a star because in the men's washroom they were also power washing but the male employee was quite courteous and polite. In conclusion, I think it's great that they regularly power wash the floors in the washroom, this is a good practice that should be continued. What needs to change is how they go about this practice of cleaning the washrooms. Perhaps wait until all the people have left? Urge customers out via a polite PA announcement. These are better alternatives than power washing someone's foot just to get them out quickly. Oh by the way this occurred before closing time. My only mistake tonight was failing to find the manager to file a complaint, leaving this review, I have no problem with. In fact I'm taking back the star I added. If I ever did that where I work I'd be fired.
