  • I recently had a great experience with this BMW location. After living in a smaller town (Madison, WI) I was used to very posh treatment at my BMW dealer. After moving to Scottsdale and trying my first dealership here...I won't mention any names but was not impressed. I seemed to get a different answer to what service needed done depending on who I spoke to. This prompted me to go to BMW North Scottsdale. Let's just say, I never hesitate to go back again. Here's what happened. First, the service was fantastic. I took my car in 3 weeks shy of my warranty expiring even though I didn't have any problems. The dealer proceed to give my car a thorough once over. After that, they just didn't fix what they found. They also did premature maintenance to ensure I wouldn't have any problems once my vehicle was out of warranty the following month. The cost for all this??...$0...nada...nothing!!! I was shocked! Even more shocking was that I bought a small part I was going to add myself when I got home. When the service rep saw it, he asked for and just put it on for me all in 5 minute!! We all the reputations from you local stealer..I mean dealer;-) So to have this sort of treatment will keep me coming back. The second thing that made things even better is the attention I received while waiting for my vehicle. I've started shopping for my second BMW. I've gone to another dealer and literally had to knock on doors to get help. Maybe because I look young and am usually wearing shorts and a t-shirt as I work from home. Not here, I was approached by very friendly and courteous staff asking if I needed assistance. When I was finally ready for assistance, the sales person gave me honest answers that one normally wouldn't expect from a car sales person. I'll certainly be going back.
