I really had an amazing time staying here. Always a great party happening at the Hard Rock. Came for July 4th and a large suite ran only $74 for thurs and weds nights! I called on day 2 to check in to our additional room and was told that they could upgrade us to a 2nd smaller suite at no extra charge. This room was only $60! And in the same new tower (HRH) where we'd have our own check-in area and could avoid the huge line again. Score!
The suites are spacious and gorgeous, mine with small jacuzzi tub in bathroom and jack and jill sinks. Flatscreen tvs (2) in my room, one on living room side and one on bedroom side. Music system throughout the room that includes tunes or you can hook in your iphone/ipod. Little wet bar in both rooms which we used a lot. There are 5 pools including a sand bottom pool, Breathe which is a glass bottom and has late night entertainment, and the famous Rehab pool which is always a party. There's even blackjack you can play IN THE POOL. We didn't go to Vanity (nightclub) but Pauly D is their resident DJ. What an amazing hotel!
I wasn't feeling well from the heat a couple days so it was great to be able to entertain in our room during the day. I had about 8 friends up and ordered room service for lunch which wasn't ridiculously priced. The casino and restaurants are great, very classy. Two affordable restaurants, but even the diner has a great menu. Hard Rock is a block off the strip but I didn't feel like we needed to leave much. We went to dinner/clubs off property twice and our total cab fare was about $30. Not bad.
Only complaints were that my Internet (which is supposed to be included) wouldn't easily connect and they don't like for you to bring food/drinks up to your room. The valet was rude one time when they were backed up and we were waiting in the heat. And one pool security guard was a jerk. All other staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. Oh, and my large poolside drink was $30! But I'd come stay again in a heartbeat especially for the value at such an inclusive hotel. I didn't want to leave.
