  • Stay away from this store at all cost. I purchased a computer about 4 weeks ago from this place and it started having connectivity issues and Windows 10 issues almost immediately. I went back to the store and I was forced to pay $150 to have them look into it. When I explained to them I shouldn't have to pay to have an issue created by a defective product that Microsoft put out in the market I was basically told tough luck. Microsoft sells a defective product that causes your computer to malfunction and then Microsoft(best buy is owned by Microsoft) charges you to fix it. What a great racket...stay away or buy a your own peril...
