  • Definitely not impressed by this place. They got called through my roadside assistance to unlock my car for me because I locked my keys inside my car. First of all, the lock smith who came was very sketchy, here's how our conversation went Him "does this happen to you often? (Locking my keys in my car)" "It actually kind of does, I'm kind of a ditz sometimes" "I'll give you my phone number, next time just call me, you Don't have to pay anything, just tip me if you want" Uhh weird. Why would I do that any way? My roadside assistance is free so it doesn't cost me anything to just go through the company I wish I remembered his name because I'm sure that's very against company policy. Anyway, after all that, he set off my alarm and the anti theft mechanism in my car so I had to have it towed to the dealership. Luckily my insurance reimbursed me for the cost. I only gave two stars because I'm not sure if the alarm and anti theft mechanism was really the guy's fault, though I've had it unlocked by other locksmiths before with no problem, I'll give them the benefit of the doubt. Definitely will not recommend though.
