  • The absolute worst company I have ever dealt with if there was a way to switch my hot water heater to electric I would. We just moved into a new house they sent us one bill with a disconnect notice I call confused but to pay it. Jump to a week later me getting into a cold shower I call and they said they have a note that I called to pay but no payment what? So I pay the bill on Friday as soon as I figure it out they say we can't be out until Wednesday after lots of argument they say Monday Called me today and said because they had the incorrect ssn for my husband who wasn't even on the bill until recently that couldn't schedule it so they'll be out Tuesday ? WHAT! They don't care at all that I have a 2 year old with no heater and no hot water I had to go to Home Depot to buy a portable heater.
