rev:text	I've read many good reviews n word of mouth recommendations about Ulta.. never shipped there so i decided to check it out. It's been about 6mos n I really liked the store until I decided to get my hair done. It was the worst experience I've had. Went in on my birthday had a 9am appt just to get my roots done. Long story short I didn't leave there until 6pm silent my whole birthday there the girl that started and ruined my hair left about 3p and left another girl to finish fixing her mistakes. I couldn't believe what I was going through I cried because I had plans with my family for my birthday and had to cancel because I spent all day at ULTA and left there with my hair totally not what I wanted. It was definitely the worst experience I've had with a hair salon. I'll try n post pics before I went in n what she did to my hair. The store mgr apologized and said not to give up on them n I didn't have to pay ..uummm of course I wasn't going to pay YOU for ruining my hair n birthday. N they have gave me a little gift bag that was nothing but sample products. Unbelievable!
