This is the worst apartment I have ever had the misfortune of living in. On the website they say they have a gym but there is no gym. There are 'plans' to build a gym. The 'spacious' pool is a tiny and the kids throw each other around in it making it impossible to swim. They also go around messing up the sprinklers and it takes the maintenence guys weeks to fix them once they break. When I moved in my toilet leaked to the point the whole bathroom would be covered in water. After calling every week then eventually everyday they finally after 4 months came to look at it. Then they said it needed a new part and it took them another two months and more calls every day before they finally came and 'fixed' it. It was done quick and sloppy and looked like I could of done it better. There was so much water damage that the bathroom started growing mold and mushrooms. I called to tell them that and the offoce staff said 'mushrooms? Its probably just mildew. Just sprey it with bleach.' she refused to put in a work order to come look at it. Dogs shit all over the place and the cops are here too often. Drug dealers came to my door trying to sell me roxies. whenever I need to put in a work order the office staff acts like it's a huge inconvenience. They refused to put a work order in when the electricity in the guest bathroom went out. They said just flip the breaker. Even after I told them I already tried that twice they refused to put one in saying it'll come back on soon. I had to get the office manager to do it after calling 6 times. The entire building is infested with cockroaches and all my neighbors and I have tried to have the bug guy come out several times. But whenever he does come out there is no effect on the roaches. The office staff told me 'it's just a few bugs'. Whenever I open a cabinet or a door I see at least 2 cockroaches. When I go into the kitchen at night I see at least 20. But 'it's just a few bugs' then she suggested I clean the place. Me and my roomates clean the floors, counters, dishes, and take out the trash every night in an effort to minimize the roaches. When I told the office staff we had been doing this for months already she said 'it's probably your dog bringing them in'. There is a neighborhood cat that sleeps on our porch at night. It is not our cat. They wanted us to pay a 300$ pet fee for that cat. We had to explain to them several times that that cat is stray and sleeps on everyone's porch. And just because I put food out for it if it looks thin does not make it my cat. I just don't want it to starve to death. Over all worst place to live. DO NOT LIVE HERE.
