  • I would not recommend using this company. They do not honor their advertised prices and the tech that came out was extremely pushy in trying to up sell me the extra cost of chemicals. Since my carpet warranty is voided with the use of chemicals I did not want them. He then told me that I would have to tip him and his friend (or co-worker? Unclear who the second guy was) to do the work. I told him to leave if that was the case but he immediately started to clean the carpet. He was done in 5 minutes for 4 rooms! I can't even vacuum them well that fast! Needless to say the carpets are still dirty. I called to follow up with a supervisor and he apologized but only offered to give me a "break" in pricing when they come back out in 4-6 months. That won't be necessary since I have to call another company to actually get them cleaned now. I will never use them again.
