  • Today, 02/16/2016, we decide to stop in Binks, at 24th & Osborn, for happy hour since, Mejico across the street was closed. Well friends, service was horrible and there were only 3 tables occupied! We asked gently to speak to the manager Ryan, who never showed so, after 25 mins, we saw him and requested a moment of his time. He apologized and stated that he was busy in the kitchen, as well as, struggling to keep good help. He also stated that he was hired, by the owners, in August and it was difficult to maintain good staff. Last but not least, waiter Marcel decided to bring an African couple Buckweat Muffins that were not ordered. He stated that it was compliments of the chef however, NO other table received such a gift. This gesture was very poor taste. Good Luck Binkley's with Manager Ryan & waiter Marcel!
