| - The staff at Rockbrune was, for the most part, attentive and professional. They're a member of UVL (acting as an agency, not a sub contractor), so they're skins in the game as it were. My move from Canada to the U.S. went very smoothly. Their delivery was within the stated time window.
Be prepared to pay a few hundred dollars over the estimate, and remember that an estimate is... just an estimate! Also be sure to pack your miscellaneous larger items (E.g pillows) into boxes, or you'll be stuck paying extra for a large box to dump it all in when the movers arrive.
The moving crew in Canada was very professional, polite, and efficient. They were careful not to damage anything. On the U.S. side, they were a bit less excellent, but still good.
Communication between the Rockbrune offices and the UVL driver could have been better. My advice to you is to ensure you get into direct contact with the truck driver, that way you don't have to play telephone via the Rockbrune/UVL dispatchers. You will need to coordinate for pick up and delivery, so it's best to sort this out early.
Overall a good moving experience and I'd recommend Rockbrune!
